Today pickup packets for your child(ren) at the following times: Early Childhood from 10:00am-1:00pm today in the north parking lot and Kindergarten-8th grade from 1:00-4:00pm today in the south parking lot.
Zion Status Update: Zion school campus will close indefinitey (until further notice); Early childhood classes - please pick up new packets in the north parking lot doors on TUESDAY from 11-1; K-8 pick up at South doors from 1-4 p.m. See email and website for more detailed info.
Pre-orders for the plant sale will continue as planned. Paper order forms can be dropped off at school and placed in the mail slot. It is recommended that you encourage people to make their orders online using PayPal at tinyurl.com/ubl9h42. Orders due April 6th.
The PEACE Auction & Dinner scheduled for March 21st has been postponed. At this time, we are planning on holding the event on Friday, May 1st.
We have also decided to add online bidding. More information will be available about online bidding in April.

From 1-4 when picking up your homework packet it maybe helpful to: bring your student, a backpack, and the photo packet of pictures you will not be purchasing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time. We pray for our school, community, and country.
Zion Lutheran School will close thru March 29, as all area schools are doing the same in response to COVID-19 concerns. Information on homework and continued studies coming soon!
Zion Lutheran School has decided to suspend all scheduled assemblies, events, and program, effective March 13th through March 29th, 2020. At this time all athletic and activities practices will be allowed to continue as regularly scheduled.
While there are no planned closures at this time, we are continuing our preparations for home-based instruction and/or distance-learning in the event that school closure becomes a reality.
At this time, there have not been any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Kearney or the surrounding service of the Two Rivers Health Department.

The 3rd-8th graders will sing at Holy Cross on Sunday, March 8th at the 9:30 am service. Please meet in the music room at Holy Cross at 9:10 am. Wear Zion navy polo and khaki pants. See you on Sunday!
Make sure to bring your money for the Books for Bibles Bracket Championship. The winner will be announced at the Grandparents Day program. Voting will close after lunch.

Lutheran Schools Week begins tomorrow! Book Fair open everyday before and after school. The Books for Bibles Bracket happens all week. Be sure to bring in some change to vote for your favorite book each day. Funds go to buy Bibles for the Winnebago Mission.
